  • Analyze and prioritize key areas of process improvement and make recommendations based on data.
  • Have close ties to our IT business  partners, notably Enterprise Architects and our AI Center of Excellence and contribute to our automation initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Quality team on process KPIs, monitoring and documentation needs
  • Paint the bigger picture of our future process landscape and how upcoming technology and innovation can shape it.

To succeed in this role you will need to :

  • Have a deep understanding of our core processes, both internal and customer-facing.
  • Have an excellent understanding of processes’ business context, KPIs and their drivers and key process stakeholders.
  • Possess a broad toolset for process analysis and continuous improvement, for example Lean Management and Six Sigma and the proven experience to apply it in the right context.
  • Have experience in the right application of process mining tools, especially Celonis, to increase process flow transparency and draw conclusions for process improvement.
  • Bring a pragmatic attitude and an appetite for structured problem solving.

  • Thorough experience in process analysis and a relevant set of skills and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, BPM, PDCA or Value Stream Analysis

  • Adjacent skills in system- or project management (e.g. ITIL, Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP) a plus.
  • Equally welcome: relevant expertise in automation projects and technology.
