Job Description

CyberVadis is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our growing team. You will be curious about supporting colleagues, curious about new technologies and explaining technical matters to non-technical people will come easily to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support to end-users (internal employees)
  • Support users with their issues and problems
  • Work closely and collaboratively with all employees and departments of the company
  • Users accounts management
  • Hardware setup and maintenance (in the office and remotely)
  • Software setup and maintenance
  • Performing inventory of IT assets
  • Set up automations and integrations between different systems
  • Configure company tools and manage security
  • Participate with HR to onboard and offboard employees
  • Update/improve existing security related processes in the company
  • Write technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for employees
  • Other IT related tasks

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills:

  • Fluency in English is essential as you will be supporting a global team
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support
  • A customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
  • An excellent knowledge of identity management, device management, and support tools
  • Administrative knowledge of Windows 10+ and macOS
  • Configuration and administration of Google Workspace
  • Knows what Information Security is all about and ready to be adept of it
  • Can switch quickly between different tasks
  • Knowledge of Helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Nice to have experience:
    • Google IdP
    • MDM (Windows, macOS)
    • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, MS Office)
    • coding/automation skills
    • cybersecurity industry knowledge
    • network setup and maintenance skills

Start date: ASAP

Full time position: (Permanent after 6 months probation)
