What you will do:

• Supports the preparation of communication materials (internal and external)
• Help with maintaining an event pipeline updated, from initial planning to post-event follow-up.
• Support a variety of events, online/in-person.
• Help keep track of all necessary details, including purchase requests, points of contact, event dates, changes in sponsorship, etc.
• Complete marketing administrative tasks, such as receipt organization, social media scheduling for events, etc.
• Supporting the maintenance of an updated online library 
• Research local market and customer references

Must have

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Intermediate Google Suite or Microsoft Suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong team player with the motivation to help others solve problems

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sustainability & sustainable procurement
• Knowledge/experience in event planning and execution
• Background in Marketing/Business 
• Proficient in any of the following Portuguese/Spanish/Swedish/Finnish/Dutch

Location: Remote from CDMX

Internship hours: 20-30 hour per week
