Job Description

To further support our global network of customers we are strengthening our team through the recruitment of an experienced Product Manager.

 

You will work closely with our Learning Management System, EcoVadis Academy (provided by Docebo). This is our central learning platform available to all our customers hosting courses, learning plans and additional content. Improvement is an integral part of our customer proposition and we seek to further accelerate the utilization of available functionality and develop new features for our customers.

 

In this role you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our technical improvement solutions to support and encourage our customers to improve their sustainability practices. As part of the product management team, you’ll be working very closely with product development and Community of Practice to create products and features within our EcoVadis Product Suite from conception to launch.

In this role you will:

  • Own the development and integration of EcoVadis Academy (Docebo LMS) with our existing customer platforms;
  • Serve as the LMS platform expert to develop and test functional upgrades, troubleshoot issues and provide platform training  to improve the learner experience; 
  • Manage the third-party customer relationship including the integration of their roadmap of releases;
  • Participate in overall product strategy, including researching and developing requirements for existing products;
  • Elicit business requirements for current and future product functionalities by participating in user research supported by direct contact with users;
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
  • Work closely with developing team: Designers, Engineers, SME;
  • Partner our business intelligence team to develop appropriate internal / customer reporting and integrate product data to inform decision-making;
  • Develop a range of learner access routes for our customers , partners and wider communities to utilize our broader improvement solutions
  • Maintain the security and data protection of all learner data to the highest standards
  • Develop and integrate an Ecommerce payment portal within EcoVadis Academy to support planned programs;
  • Work with UX/UI teams to optimize the Academy learner experience
  • As a high-growth business, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of Product Management experience at a software company;
  • Experience of Learning Management Systems (ideally Docebo)
  • experience of integrating LMS platform to other platforms and solutions would be highly desirable;
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have an understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems;
  • You are culturally sensitive and able to communicate effectively across cross functional and multi region teams 
  • You have proven experience in working with various stakeholders in the business including design and technical teams;
  • Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles 
  • You are analytically minded to provide rounded assessment of product performance including commercial metrics 
  • You show curiosity and possesses an appreciation for thinking outside the box;
  • You have experience and passion for designing an engaging user experience;
  • English at full professional proficiency level (an additional European language is a strong advantage);
