Summer Internship Program

The Summer Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability ratings from within and see how the different teams are working together in the truly CSR business environment. We prepared 13 cross-department paths in different locations, so don’t hesitate to apply to join us for this summer!

We are looking for an intern to join us in Warsaw for 4 months to work with the Learning & Development and Frontline teams. The intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in projects involving training design and development.

Responsibilities
The intern will be a stakeholder in the rework and digitalization of the Frontline team training Program:

  • Start: "train the trainer" training program with other members of the HR Training team.
  • Then the intern will help to elaborate and structure the training content with the Subject Matter Experts from the Customer Service Team. The intern will develop the instructional design, storyboarding, and scripting, to the integration of the digital modules with the opportunity to work directly with Customer oriented teams. 

Qualifications

Preferably Bachelor’s degree with focus on Marketing, Business or Journalism as a plus
Full professional proficiency in English is required (min C1)
Experience in Sustainability/Sustainable Development is a plus
Proficiency in G-Suite applications
Fluency in English (Reading, writing and oral)
Strong reading and comprehension skills

Capacity to adapt and keep up with changes
Communicates with honesty and kindness
Collaborative, builds trusting relationships 
Uses fun as a way of being and working

The intern will be trained in instructional design,
methodology, and the digital learning software
