Job Description

Our Human Resources and Communication department strategically recruits, develops and supports our people to ensure EcoVadis has essential skills and talent, communicating key messaging to maintain alignment, which together enable improvement in companies’ sustainable business practices at a global scale. 

Your tasks will be: 

  • Work closely with the Regional People Manager who based in Hong Kong, to develop and implement HR strategies; and initiatives aligned with the company strategy and goals in order to attract and retain employees in Japan
  • Supervising a local office management associate, and daily workflow of the department
  • Manage employee communication in the office
  • Manage HR administrative documents
  • Develop and execute on HR policy & plan to improve employee relation
  • Listen to employees & managers to provide guidance and support
  • Manage  employees disciplinary procedures
  • Conduct employee relation counseling 
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Nurture a positive working environment for improving overall employee satisfaction

  • 現地オフィスマネジメントアソシエイトの監督、および同部門の日常的なワークフロー
  • 従業員とのコミュニケーション管理
  • 人事関連書類の管理
  • 従業員との関係を改善するための人事方針および計画の策定と実行
  • 従業員や管理職に耳を傾け、指導やサポートを提供する。
  • 従業員の懲戒手続きの管理
  • 従業員対応
  • 人事管理における法令遵守の徹底
  • トレンドや指標を分析し、ソリューション、プログラム、ポリシーを策定する。
  • 従業員満足度を向上させるため、良好な職場環境を育成する。

Qualifications

  • Native in Japanese, and excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in Sharoushi would be a plus
  • Experience in HRIS would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with employment related regulations in Japan
  • Knowledge in employee compensation and benefits administration
  • Adept at resolving employee relations issues including investigations and employee disciplinary actions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to meet the demands of internal clients and willing to go the extra mile
  • Team Player / ability to collaborate with others & work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment - to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork

  • 5年以上の人事関連業務経験
  • 社労士資格があれば尚可
  • HRISの経験があれば尚可
  • 会話および文書による優れたコミュニケーション能力
  • 日本における雇用関連の法規に精通していること
  • 従業員報酬および福利厚生管理に関する知識
  • 調査や懲戒処分を含む従業員関係の問題解決に長けていること
  • 卓越した対人能力、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力
