Job Description

Your role as an Account Executive Network Growth Associate would be to ensure that suppliers join the EV network of assessed companies, boost response rates, generate revenue, and drive value throughout the EcoVadis onboarding experience. 

You are a trusted advisor and can influence everything the customer touches in their first (and future) experience with us. This position interacts with all EcoVadis customers (buyers & suppliers) as well as multiple business units internally to provide high touch service that respects the relationship of the customers to EcoVadis and is a true EcoVadis ambassador.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, support center, webinars, etc to accompany them during the onboarding process, solve their queries  and increase response rates for the Indian and African region and promote EcoVadis services.
  • Identify and target “high value” customers (i.e outreach with customized approach) and take appropriate steps to engage them to understand their situation, raise awareness on sustainability importance and drive success.
  • Display commercial awareness and have a competitive mindset to convince the customers to subscribe to the EcoVadis solution and understand the benefits.
  • Manage, monitor and drive your portfolio to maximize revenue generation.
  • Be autonomous to manage all your tasks efficiently, display commercial awareness to identify proactively business opportunities.
  • Identify risks to the customers successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process and actively work to mitigate issues before they happen; Become a CSR expert to overcome objections.
  • Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively report and contribute as necessary with the Team Leader, Management and other EcoVadis BU’s (Sales, Customer Success, etc) to bridge gaps that may exist between customer expectations & participation.
  • Be accountable to drive a set of KPIs (Annual Recurring Revenue, Quality score, etc).
  • Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required

Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing)
  • 1-2 years of professional experience with Account Management or Sales or Telemarketing
  • Must be fluent in English; additional language is a strong plus
  • Commercial awareness and Competitive mindset
  • Able to multitask and prioritize based on business/customer needs 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Autonomous and self-driven
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • You must have an outgoing personality along with a high level of drive and a desire to learn new skills. 
  • You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience working in the Indian & African Region and knowledge of the culture would be a plus

Technical skills:

Knowledge of Google suite products preferred (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Salesforce experience would be a plus
