In this role you will:

Tableau Development (50%):

• Assist in the development of Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations;
• Collaborate with senior Tableau developers to design, build, and maintain data solutions;
• Conduct data analysis and ensure data quality and integrity in Tableau;
• Work with business analysts to translate business requirements into Tableau solutions;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards and data sources;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Tableau features and functionality.

Process Standardization (30%):

• Write and maintain standard operating procedures for Tableau development and administration;
• Assist in the standardization of Tableau development processes and best practice;
• Develop and maintain documentation on Tableau development processes;
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, policies, and procedures;
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.

Jira Administration (20%):

• Assist in Jira administration tasks, including user management, workflow management, and issue tracking;
• Provide Jira training and support to users across the organization;
• Maintain Jira dashboards and reports to track project progress and status;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira usage and configuration.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in Data visualization, data processing, reporting (internship or relevant project experience) 
• Basic technical expertise with Tableau products (development and administration) 
• Nice to have - Basic technical expertise with SQL (particularly SQL Server Management Studio) 
• Fluent English
