Job Description

The Summer Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability ratings from within and see how the different teams are working together in the truly CSR business environment. We prepared 13 cross-department paths in different locations, so don’t hesitate to apply to join us for this summer!

Customer Advocacy: The focus of the internship is to build customer stories demonstrating insights and best practices from customers on sustainability. 

The intern will be to work with the marketing department, the Customer Success team and Customers directly for 4 months in Paris.


Key activities / responsibilities during the internship : 

  • Identify target customers to include in the program
  • Outreach to target customers to gain their interest and agreement to participate in our advocacy program
  • Working directly with customers to develop advocacy assets.

 Advocacy assets can take the form of case studies, quotes on their experience with EcoVadis, logo usage, and customer interview videos.  

 

Qualifications

Key skills required: 

  • Project management and excellent organization skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, in English plus other languages are a bonus.
  • Relationship management skills and strong presentation skills to be able to interact with customers.
