This role primarily will focus on the following tasks (but will not be limited to):

• Supporting the Network Growth team in analyzing and filling in the information about customers on our database (Salesforce) within a given time frame
• Creating reports and dashboards whenever required
• Solving customers’ queries on Salesforce within a timely manner
• Routing cases to the concerned business units/offices
• Checking and qualifying information of customers and liaising with concerned departments/persons (if necessary)
• Might be involved in different projects from time to time

• A degree in a Business or Management related discipline is preferred.
• An excellent level of computer literacy, especially using MS Excel, Word and other desktop tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and French is a must. Proficiency in additional languages is a definite plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer and quality-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience (At least 1 year) in Customer Experience/Support is an advantage.
