Job Description

EcoVadis is the world leader in Sustainability Ratings. The Solutions team within EcoVadis led by Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) is responsible for  overseeing the product strategy and priortization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons. 

Within the CSO team, the Portfolio Strategy and Operations team is responsible for defining our overarching product portfolio strategy and prioritization, identifying new growth segments and creating customer facing roadmaps (from internal roadmaps developed by individual teams). The team also includes our Product Analytics, Product Operations and Localization functions.  Reporting into the CSO, we are looking for a VP, Product Strategy & Operations to oversee this team. This role will be CSO representative and responsible for managing touchpoints across Ecovadis to drive growth of our multi-product portfolio, with a focus on ensuring operational alignment and excellence. We are seeking a highly experienced leader who loves to hands-on and act as a coach to the executive leadership team to activate strategic and operational goals.

Typical day to day activities:

  • Define the overarching Solution portfolio strategy for EcoVadis. Craft the strategy narrative into a compelling product principles and vision
  • Collaborate with the CSO and his leadership team on the strategic narrative regarding the multi-solution portfolio and craft high quality assets for communication with the Board, Investors, Co-CEO’s and the executive team
  • Partner with Solution GM’s to define annual targets (ARR, # of customers, Churn, NPS, roadmap) and interlock with CFO, RevOps, Customer Success and Analyst Operations team. 
  • Orchestrate Product and Solutions Council as the single strategic forum to prioritize multiple product roadmaps (Product Management, AI, BI etc.) across the company. Through bi-weekly product communication around releases ensure fidelity against agreed upon roadmap. 
  • Run the Solutions Quarterly Business Review (QBR). Plan any offsites and team events.
  • Scale the 3 person (Manager + 2) product analytics function. Build a data-driven culture around Product analytics.
  • Oversee a 5 person (Manager + 4) localization team. 
  • Establish product operations, tools and budget management cadence for the Solutions department. Partner with FP&A on P&L reporting and QBR cadence.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in SaaS product development, operations and strategic planning 
  • Experience in leading and defining business cases to support investment across a multi-product portfolio for a high-scale B2B SaaS business
  • Experience building and successfully executing models to support strategic and annual operating planning activities
  • Fluent in key SaaS B2B product metrics and dexterous in their use to inform business decisions and meet customer needs
  • A proven ability to quickly activate tactical initiatives to improve portfolio productivity and performance
  • A natural collaborator with excellent at stakeholder management and storytelling through data
  • English fluent, other languages are a plus
