Job Description

Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to): 

Team Management 

  • Manage a regional team of Membership Executives and Growth & Retention specialists with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction, retention and revenue for EcoVadis’ rated customers
  • Lead by example and take an active role in coaching, training, and ensuring the vision of the local & global Membership team is carried out
  • Act as a senior point of escalation on your team’s accounts, supporting to build trust and strengthen executive relationships on important accounts
  • Conduct bi-annual reviews of employees and ensure communication of expectations, results, and reporting on performance metrics is clear
  • Responsibility and accountability for monitoring and driving performance in your team order to guarantee KPIs are met
  • Participate in the local recruitment  process (screening, interviews, internal feedback, etc.)
  • Promote teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring that they maximize the value they get from the EcoVadis solutions. Actively contribute to maintain a high satisfaction level towards EcoVadis services.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers experiencing high levels of frustration or planning to unsubscribe from any of our services
  • Carefully monitor operations with your customers (forecast and delivery) in order to guarantee operational KPIs are met.

Strategic Activities

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to reduce churn and maximize revenue
  • Contribute to EcoVadis continuous improvement process by providing feedback to the product management team on solution development needs.  
  • Lead and/or support a variety of customer-focused projects

 

Qualifications

  • Experience managing strategic customers in a B2B environment
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Motivated to drive improvements in the customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
  • Fluency in English is required - plus Japanese or Mandarin - as you will be discussing sustainable procurement solutions in two languages
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Computer literate (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools…)
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Self-driven, results oriented and team player.
  • International exposure is a must
