Job Description

The Digital Strategy team in EcoVadis is looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to support improvements to the business processes and help drive the development of the EcoVadis SFDC org for Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and our Executive Management Team.

In this new role, you will be reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Tools & Technologies and you will be responsible for understanding current and new workflow requirements and developing strong working relationships inside and outside the Digital Strategy Team.


  • You will have 3yrs+ experience as a Product Owner in a B2B SaaS environment
  • You will be familiar with with the Salesforce domain
  • Our ideal candidate will bring a track record of translating business requirements into technical requirements and vice-versa.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and should be able to easily explain to nontechnical people how technology can help them in achieving their goals. 
  • 3-5 years of Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Lightning Platform), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation/design
  • Analytical abilities to review large volumes of data and be detail-oriented
  • Documentation of various data including training and requirements documents
  • Data Management Skills to evaluate trends, duplications and linking of data elements
  • Understanding of Sales lifecycle include sales processes, lead generation and management, opportunity processing and other business processes.
  • Ability to connect business process and Salesforce best practices across multiple departments
  • Time management and the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Communication skills - both written and oral
  • Agile experience
  • Business/product owner focus
