Job Description

As our People Operations Senior Manager, you will oversee all HR and office operations for CyberVadis at the global level,  develop the HR agenda and provide premium support to both leadership and staff members in order to offer the best employee experience in a diverse and inclusive workplace. Your role will be to accompany the company's growth in terms of hiring, development and processes/policies.

You will be in charge of implementing specific people strategies in line with the company vision and values; and the global HR strategy.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Leadership team, to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company strategy and goals in order to attract and retain employees
  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to employee relations, recruitment, selection, benefits administration, training & development, career management, labor relations, health & safety and compliance with government legislation
  • Closely collaborate with local leaders to assess training needs and provide solutions in employee development
  • Be the business partner of local managers, guiding and coaching them on all HR and organizational topics
  • Comply with local legal requirements in the different regions where we operate,  enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Manage all People Operations functions, such as onboarding / offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll & administration, and supports employees' and manager’s queries 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations 
  • Oversee the local office operation to ensure the proper function of the office, supplies, etc.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement events to nurture a positive working environment
  • Conduct with your team successful recruitments and onboarding of the new employees
  • Remain agile to ever evolving business needs and embrace the opportunities that come with joining a fast growing company where your scope is likely to increase over time
  • Management of an international team

Qualifications

We're looking for an HR Senior Manager driven by employee enablement, who can be hands-on and a strategic business partner. At CyberVadis, you will be building the team therefore previous recruitment experience is a plus. In addition, you will bring:

  • HR/Business degree
  • 8 years+ of HR / People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth tech company
  • Experience Managing HR operations 
  • Fluent in English is mandatory 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment - to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork 
  • Location: Ile-de-France + Work from home flexibility
