Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join the CyberVadis Marketing Team for a 6-month internship starting in January/February 2023. We are seeking a curious self-starter, full professional proficiency FR/advanced EN (C1 min required) with fresh ideas and motivation to join a fast-growing international start-up company, a European leader in cybersecurity ratings.  

Activities may touch a wide range of areas include (examples, but not limited to):

Field/events marketing support 

  • Assist with event preparation and management, and related coordination with hosts / venues
  • Support on marketing communication for events (field/online/social/in different languages: FR and EN)

Content and media related support (English/French/other languages):

  • Updating presentations with the latest brand assets and messages
  • Assist in researching and assembling content for communication with prospects and customers (newsletters, case studies, presentations, brochures, videos, testimonials etc.).
  • Creation or proofing of banners/graphics for social adverts, video, etc. 

Due to the steep growth of CyberVadis, you will contribute to other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Engaged in a University Degree program in a relevant area, preferably in Business/Economics, Marketing, or Journalism.
  • Full professional proficiency in French with very fluent English is required (min C1). 3rd language will be a plus, in priority: German.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, basic copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of office software (MS Office and/or Google suite) is required. 
  • Comfortable doing outreach by email and phone (e.g. to event & awards partners and others)
  • Additional skills that would be an advantage: Graphics (Photoshop/Adobe creative suite, inkscape, Gimp, Canva, etc.), multimedia/video editing. It would also be helpful to be familiar with online marketing or content management tools such as Wordpress, Webinar technology such as GoToWebinar, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, emailing platforms like Pardot, surveys such as Surveymonkey, etc., or eager to learn.
  • Ability to multi-task and to deliver within deadlines.
  • A “can-do” attitude.
