6 month internship to support EcoVadis’ Impact Team to drive external and internal impact initiatives in line with our purpose to “Guide all companies toward a sustainable world”

In 2022, EcoVadis became a purpose-driven company as per French Pact law, embedding its purpose “Guide all companies toward a sustainable world” into the company bylaws.  In 2023,  the Impact team will focus on putting this purpose in motion, engaging internally to align EcoVadis strategy and operations, and measuring impact. 

Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):

• Internal and external communication on EcoVadis Purpose implementation including support to Purpose Committee’s meetings preparation 

• Project management of various Network Impact initiatives 

• Support EcoVadis Sustainability Reporting

• Management of the Change Makers community. Hosted by a dedicated platform, Change Makers gathers all EcoVadis employees engaged in solidarity activities 

These tasks will be performed in collaboration with our Impact team and task forces. 

You have the following skills and experience:

• You have a positive track record in managing transversal projects involving multiple stakeholders

• You have excellent communication skills, both written (native or fluent english required, additional language welcome) and spoken,  and you enjoy connecting with people

• You have proven digital communication skills  and a community management experience.

• You are a true sustainability advocate who loves learning and engaging your peers to solve today’s social and environmental challenges 

• You are a team player

• You are outcome-driven and your are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritize and manage time effectively

• You are autonomous and proactive

• You enjoy working in international environment

We would be most impressed if :

You have a specialization in sustainability or you have taken some trainings related to sustainability

Last but not least, EcoVadis will support you with all the necessary office equipment, holidays in line with Spanish labor law, optional (fully covered or co-financed) health care and life insurance.

You will be also entitled to a 150 euros monthly allowance for transportation, meals and nursery with the Cobee card. We also participate up to half of the private health insurance contract and provide you with a special envelope for office and IT equipment (as per the flexibility policy).

Last, you will also be entitled to a Wellness Allowance that will support you in sport, artistic and wellness activities !
