Job Description

We are currently looking for a Membership Executive to help develop EcoVadis’ Select program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the onboarding and account management of our highly engaged Select customers and addressing their queries as they go through our assessment process, all while giving them an excellent EcoVadis experience. 

Duties include:

  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers, ensuring that they maximize the value they receive from the EcoVadis solutions. Actively contribute to maintain a high satisfaction level towards EcoVadis services with a view to maximizing retention
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, webinars to assist in the full EcoVadis customer journey
  • Coordinate proactively with other business units to carry out the relevant aspects of the subscription cycle
  • Collaborate with various business units such as Marketing and Product Management to develop the offering for existing subscribers through project development and workshops
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both proactive & reactive outreach to assigned accounts
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders, and executives
  • Assist customers in more effectively utilizing the EcoVadis platform to suit their specific business needs and handling internal/external requests
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with assigned accounts to promote the EcoVadis solution to the market & beyond through case studies, events, specific initiatives, etc.
  • Other responsibilities as necessary. 

As we ramp up the Select program, you may be required to participate in other Membership team activities. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years successful customer service experience acquired in a fast paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in additional languages would be a plus
  • Excellent sense of customer service and ability to nurture and develop strong business relationships
  • Ownership of revenue targets based on up-sell of assigned accounts & generating new business opportunities within a given market/portfolio
  • Managing complex customer engagements as primary point of contact
  • Enterprise-level B2B Account Management and/or Business Development (SaaS subscription experience preferred)
  • Self-motivated; works independently with little or no supervision
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Strong presentation skills, listening skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Ideal candidate would have a good grasp of Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Ideal candidate has background in sustainability
  • Quick learner - not afraid to learn an onslaught of new acronyms, terms, and software platforms
