Responsibilities:

Overseeing and maintaining optimal function of the HR tools, which may include configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

This includes, but is not limited to:

HR Tools Administration

  • Serving as the main point of contact between HR, IT, external vendors and finance for the evaluation of new tools/features, systems design, implementation of projects and/or troubleshooting issues beyond the scope of a system administrator.

  • Administering HR tools (Performance Reviews, LMS, Engagement/Surveys, etc.) and the interfaces between them.

  • Managing access rights and personalising settings for different categories of end-users.

  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy and consistency across HR systems at all times.

  • Upholding compliance with ISMS and GDPR (or any other legal) requirements.

  • Responding to requests via the HR ticketing system in a timely manner and providing support and guidance to end-users.

  • Documenting incidents and designing standard operating procedures for troubleshooting.

  • Compiling and delivering reliable data to the HR Business Intelligence team for the computation of HR metrics (or as and when required).

HR Tools Development

  • Plan system implementation/enhancements as per HR digitalisation Road Map

  • Planning and testing new tools/features in either Sandbox or Live environments before deployment.

  • Writing/Updating detailed documentation for tools configuration.

  • Where applicable, developing scripts to carry out automated tasks in HR systems.

  • Preparing training manuals for HR Process Leaders and, where applicable, assist them for the (technical) training of end-users

Project Management

Collaborating with Service Centre Manager and People Programs Director to:

  • Review HR tools Service Delivery Agreements and Metrics

  • Implement/Optimise work processes or (re)designing workflows, where applicable

  • Communicate of the progress of HR Digitalization projects

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology or any related field

  • At least two years managing a cloud-based HRIS (BambooHR, Workday, etc.) OR any cloud-based system

  • Understanding of API/connectors is a must

  • Previous experience in project management is a plus

  • Knowledge in JavaScript, SQL, JSON, HTML and CSS is a plus

  • Proficient with Office Suite

  • Ability to uphold confidentiality at all times

  • Autonomous, methodological and solution-oriented

  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively interact with different stakeholders (including support to end-users)

  • Fluency in English and French (both written and verbal)
