Job Description

The EcoVadis Academy, a digital learning platform, was launched in 2022 to help companies improve sustainability practices, collaborate with customers, and improve performance through relevant and actionable e-learning courses. The EcoVadis Academy is hosted within the Docebo Learning Management Platform and provides our customers with over 20 hours of e-learning in 9 languages covering the policies, actions and results that can be developed across the themes of environment, social, ethical and broader sustainable procurement practices. Following the high uptake from our customers we continue to rapidly expand the content and additional training offerings to our community of 95,000 customers across 160 countries.

We are seeking an additional experienced LMS Administrator to join the Community of Practice team and share the responsibility for day to day management of the EcoVadis Academy. Your involvement will include:

  • Manage the delivery of The EcoVadis Academy content to our customer users. This role is responsible for the user management, content management and platform reporting.

  • Collaborate with our own instructional designers, product management and subject matter experts on required changes, updates and enhancements.

  • Develop and launch broader LMS features and functionalities to provide enhanced individual and community learning solutions  

To achieve these priorities you will:

  • Train, support and coach our customer facing teams

  • Maintain course material accuracy through liaison with multiple stakeholders

  • Load and organize the course content including scorm files

  • Manage and implement translated versions of content  

  • Test online courses and materials

  • Manage and maintain all user-related data, structures and access

  • Create, track and manage usage reports 

  • Support and manage the development of customer specific learning portals 

  • Extend and organize additional LMS features to enhance our customer’s learning experience such as instructor led training and community led learning

  • Support production of assets such as images and videos

  • Identify, recommend and implement design improvements to user experience across LMS

Qualifications

We’re looking for excellent verbal and written English communication skills with an exceptional ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize multiple projects across departments and countries. In addition, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience with LMS administration and other associated technologies

  • Experience with MS / Google Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Including photoshop and illustrator)

  • A willingness to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • Strong data analysis skills, and ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations

  • A University degree in a related discipline

Although it’s not essential, it would be helpful if your application demonstrates:

  • Previous experience of managing content and users with Docebo LMS

  • Additional languages a significant plus

  • Working knowledge UX, CSS/HTML coding and user acceptance testing

  • Implementation of collaborative software solutions, e.g. conferencing tools, online whiteboards and other tools

  • Authoring of courses (e.g. Rise/Presenter) and development of learning paths
