- Work closely with the HR BI Analyst and to provide support

- Prepare source data for upload by compiling and transforming data if required

- Assist with data cleaning

- Help with the standardization of data to support needs

- Ensure that data collected are matching the quality benchmark

- Implement and maintain quality control processes for maintaining data quality

- Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather missing data

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experience
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Willingness to learn Tableau, and any BI related tools
• Respecting Data Confidentiality is CRITICAL
• Having the curiosity to find out the WHY
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the organization
• Strong organizational skills and communication skills
