Job Description
As an HR Operations Associate at EcoVadis, you will help us build a kind and happy atmosphere in the Singapore office. Your daily work will focus on tasks related to the functioning, but you will also have tasks in cooperation with people from other offices all over the world. As our team is truly international and diverse, we count on your openness, courtesy and willingness to constructively resolve any issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handle and coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring people experience, compliance and payroll aspects are seamless and the process is managed
Take part in the off-boarding process of leaving employees to the organization.
Manage the probation review process by ensuring that the probation period for each individual is maintained and tracked
Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews or amend policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Assist and respond to employee queries, or re-direct them through the proper channel to solve their issues.
Participating and coordinating HR local projects or global projects depending on the needs of the department.
Assembling/preparing documentation for audit and facilitating the external / Internal audit process, if any
Helping in organizing internal office / employees events
General administrative and logistic support for the office
Close cooperation with other departments – Accounting, IT Support, Procurement, etc.
Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required
Qualifications
Understanding of the legal HR processes and ensure the compliance in the country
Knowledge of local employment laws and other human resources related regulations
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, experience in a startup company is preferable
Previous experience in office administrative role is an advantage
Ability to act ethically and integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse employees with different cultures and background
Strong team player with flexibility to work independently
Good IT competence (Google suite, Google Sheet, and related HR systems)
Fluent English, both verbal and written

- Vacation: 17 days paid per year
- Employer CPF Contribution will be paid by EcoVadis
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
