About the role

The Summer Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability ratings from within and see how the different teams are working together in the truly CSR business environment.  We prepared 5 cross-department paths for our summer interns, so don’t hesitate to apply to join us for this summer!

We are looking for an intern to join our Customer success Management (CSM) and Marketing department in Warsaw for the Summer Internship Program. Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Analyze the Rated population (declined especially) 

  • Outreach and interview customers in various location

  • Feedback management with insights and propose next steps

  • Provide operational management of customers’ EcoVadis programs in support of the Customer Success Management (CSM) Team

  • Maintenance of CSM business unit reporting tools, dashboards and reports (via EcoForce, Excel, and other tools)

  • Aligning with stakeholders to ensure tools support operational requirements
     
  • Data analysis and preparing presentations
     
  • Supporting internal projects contributing to creation of new processes or formalization and standardization of existing ones
     
  • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Full proficiency in English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong skills in Google Suite and MS Office, especially Excel skills (analytics & data visualization, including the ability to communicate quantitative data into a visually engaging story and organize/ integrate large amounts of information into concise presentation) and PowerPoint, ability to use Salesforce would be a plus
  • Effective time manager able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
  • Demonstrated ability to pick up new skills proactively
  • Passion about sustainability topics would be a plus
