• Provide high-quality, professional, and responsive support service to all users across the business on a range of different technologies, hence allowing them to complete their job seamlessly.

• Support and train end-users on IT systems.

• Manage the technical documentation where appropriate.

• Be the technical operational referral of several Information Systems.

• Install, test, and maintain desktop.

• Troubleshoot system and network problems and solve hardware/software faults.

• Manage network and telephony patching

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems including Firewalls, switches, routers, and access points.

• Install and maintain antivirus/anti-malware software.

• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and disable the expired accounts in accordance with Identity Lifecycle Management.

• Manage inventory, stock, and purchase of ICT equipment.

• Manage/participate in infrastructure-related projects.

• Propose enhancement to existing procedures

• Reporting on infrastructure support and systems.

• Propose innovative and value-add services for IT operations.

• Holder of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

• CCNA is a must, 

• Proven technical experience working with Fortinet technology including but not limited to Fortigate. NSE4 would be an advantage.

• At least 3 years work experience in an IT Support environment, including at least 1 year in network management/administration. 

• Excellent knowledge of information systems administration and networks.

• Experience in network technologies equipment including management of VLANs, VOIP services, firewall policies, HA, VPN, routing, switching, DNS, SD-WAN 

• Excellent knowledge of Windows OS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

• Fluency in English and French required – written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of network monitoring platforms and SNMP configurations. 

• Polyvalent and multitasking.

• Be conversant with Hypervisors, Linux, Windows Server, Virtual Infrastructure, and cloud technologies like Azure. Experience and/or certifications on these platforms are a plus.
