To further the support that we provide to our global network of customers we are strengthening our team with the recruitment of a Product Manager. 

This role will be responsible for developing our programs and partnerships to support and encourage our customers to improve their sustainability practices. You’ll be part of The Community of Practice team, created in 2020, working closely cross functionally with our subject matter experts, our customer facing teams and our partnerships with training providers. Your solutions will both attract new customers as well as support existing customers to take advantage of our extended range of products and service solutions. Having recently introduced  The EcoVadis Academy, our digital learning platform, we are now accelerating our additional customer improvement tools.

Your Role is to:

Identify new sustainability improvement programs

• To work with cross functional business leaders to review existing practices and identify areas of opportunity to further support our customers in managing their sustainability programs.

• To create a compelling and simple education program for rated companies (global suppliers), on preparing for an EcoVadis assessment.

• Support implementation of a seamless and cohesive improvement program for both our requesting customers and their trading partners.

Manage and expand our training partnerships

• Manage the network of existing global and regional training partners to create and execute joint go to market plans (e.g. webinar series) and content opportunities.

• Expand our network of ESG topic experts to support our customer community to address and progress their sustainability programs through partnerships.

Create a new set of certification programs 

• Develop a program for our global Training Partners to assess and recognize them as expert practitioners in EcoVadis sustainability management practices, ready to support rated companies with a variety of solutions.

• Develop a program for Rated Company respondents to earn a badge in understanding the EcoVadis methodology and how to respond to the Ecovadis Assessment. 

• Develop a program for sustainable procurement practitioners to earn a badge in managing sustainable procurement programs and collaborating with suppliers.

Develop and support our customer communities

• Supporting our Sector Initiatives and their improvement programs toward their connected trading partners.

• Test and develop tools to share best practice solutions within the communities.

• Develop customized learning portals to engage learners.

Background

We’re looking for an accomplished strategic project manager, familiar with certification programs and developing training solutions. Your past success will have been achieved through a proven ability to lead  internal and external stakeholder teams.

• Bachelor or masters degree in marketing, business or a related field

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or project / learning management in a B2B environment.

• Experience in certification development/rollout and digital badging experience, possibly from an auditing or training environment.

• Excellent cross functional stakeholder engagement and project management skills

• Proactive and curious to identify future opportunities and enhancements

• Action-oriented with drive for quality and ability to deliver results quickly

• Comfortable running multiple projects from brief level through to completion

• The ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent, creative and thrives in an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative environment

• Analytically minded with sound commercial acumen

• Mastery of standard office tools (MS and Google Office).

• Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles

• Business experience from sustainability programs, training programs, audits, certification and assessments is a plus.
