Job Description

Position:

You will be employed by the Company as Regional Manager, Customer Engagement, Americas.

Mission: 

  • Promote end to end customer satisfaction and program success in the Region.

Role:

  • Manage daily operations & reporting for the Engagement Team members & ensure productivity and quality standards are met

    • The 10 engagement team members are based in North America (mainly in Toronto) and serve customers located in North, Central and South America. Team members are responsible for contacting a set of potential customers and addressing their many questions/concerns as they go through our 30 day assessment process, all while giving them an excellent EcoVadis experience.

  • Contribute to the profitable growth for EcoVadis, with different regional Business Unit leads to expand maturity in the market and to satisfy our customers
  • Lead by example and take an active role in coaching and training
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customers in the Americas region. This includes key industries, business challenges, and objectives to appropriately communicate EcoVadis product capabilities and associated business benefits
  • Oversee the local recruiting process (screening, interviews, internal feedback, etc.)
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of employees as required and ensure the communication of expectations, results, and reporting is clear
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer questions and provide proactive assistance as necessary to mitigate customer dissatisfaction
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders on projects to improve the customer experience and internal processes
  • Other duties as required, we are a fast growing and dynamic team and this requires flexibility from everyone to get involved and help get the job done!

Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing) is preferred
  • 3-5 years working experience in a customer-facing role
  • 1-2 years management/supervisory experience 
  • Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) would be appreciated.
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from multiple teams & locations to accomplish company goals
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in G-Suite products, familiarity with SalesForce a plus
  • Ability to work well in an international start-up team environment.
