Why Systems Integration at EcoVadis? 

EcoVadis' works with 650+ multinational companies as a key partner in the deployment of their sustainable procurement programs. Such deployment can be challenging for organizations as it requires systematic cultural change and stakeholder adoption in often highly complex procurement organizations with large supply chains. Integrating EcoVadis data into our customers existing procurement technology and systems (and subsequent procurement processes behind them) is a key lever to empower our customers to accelerate change management, ensure maximum adoption of EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings and ultimately the drive positive  improvements of social and environmental  performance within our customer’s value chain. 

Systems Integration Project Manager is a highly responsible and proactive role requiring excellent attention to detail and exceptional approach to ensure customer-centricity. The role has a dual objective: (i) leading the end-to-end project oversight from qualification to successful go-live of all customer system integration projects (ii) contribute to continuous improvement of our integration solutions both from a strategic and tactical perspective

This role sits within the Customer Success department and reports to the Director of Customer Success Operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): 

Project Management 

  • Responsibility to support Customer Success Managers in discovery and qualification of existing customers to evaluate needs and define use cases for deployment of Systems Integration 

  • Preparation & definition of the project scope of work, its goals and deliverables

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the project plan through to successful execution of system integration projects 

  • Monitor and manage risks & project escalations (e.g. delays, technical blockages)

  • Responsible for the projects delivery quality

  • Reporting on project progress and communicating relevant information to stakeholders

Expertise & Continuous Improvement  

  • Act as a leading expert on the use cases and technical integration details of all EcoVadis integration partners 

  • Act as a key member to the internal Integration Pod -  alongside the Director of Alliances, product management, enterprise project management office, and center of excellence - and contribute to continuous improvement of our integration solutions both from a strategic and tactical perspective

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (computer science preferred or comparable work experience)

  • 5+ years experience in fields related to project management, systems integration, and/or driving customer technology  implementation 

  • Project Management (experience in leading and coordinating projects) in a multi-project environment

  • Experience in delivering systems integration projects (SRM/P2P/ERP/CRM)  

  • Experience working with procurement systems technology strongly preferred (e.g. SAPAriba, Synertrade,Ivalua,..) or exposure to procurement function & processes 

  • Excellent customer focus

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills; ability to bridge the gap between capturing customer needs and delivering on technical deployment.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a collaborative environment.

  • Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • English language required.  Other language is a plus

  • Interest to work in an international and multicultural environment

  • Basic knowledge about Business Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility
