Job Description

To fuel our expansion and drive deep relationships with our customers, we are seeking an experienced Customer Feedback Specialist to join our Product Management team. This role will be responsible for creating a feedback loop between our customers and the product team to help improve the customer experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Track customer experiences across touchpoints
  • Analyze customer feedback / sentiment on product and new releases
  • Quickly and thoroughly addresses customers’ feedback and concerns as expressed in reviews and surveys
  • Ensure all assigned surveys / responses have complete follow-up and closure
  • Identify customer issues and help build the product roadmap to address them
  • Collect feedback from customers on feature ideas under consideration to help prioritize the product roadmap
  • Support product teams in performing tests and organizing product launches
  • Contribute to release communication and inform customers about new/updated features and functionalities
  • Identify and recommend updates to product materials and documentation based on customer feedback
  • Define content requirements and strategy to support product adoption
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of our product and available documentation
  • Partner with product managers, UX designers, marketing and internal business stakeholders to enhance and align customer experience strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Customer Experience, Marketing, Communications.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Feedback Specialist or equivalent.
  • Professional English fluency or bilingual English (additional languages are a significant plus).
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • You have extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer feedback.
  • You are comfortable running multiple projects from brief level through to completion.
  • You have a sensibility for design and user experience.
  • You are a digital native, comfortable with tools and channels used for B2B.
  • You are a self-starter and independent, while still able to excel when working with others across functional teams.
