To fuel our expansion and drive deep relationships with our customers, we are seeking an experienced UX Copywriter to join our Product Management team. This role will be responsible for managing, copywriting and proofing product content, working closely with other copywriters, designers, business owners and engineering teams to deliver the best customer experience.

What you will be doing:

• Write, coordinate and proofread product content (including platform copy, transactional emails, product documentation and guidance, release notes, demos & training materials…)
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, functional teams, and internal business stakeholders to define user experience for new/updated features and functionalities
• Define content requirements and strategy to support product adoption
• Standardize product messaging to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and excellence
• Improve and maintain referential for wording (Term Base)
• Check all content to identify and correct any spelling grammar, punctuation, styling, and consistency errors
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of our product and available documentation
• Work closely with the Localization team to ensure the best localization of our product

• Bachelor or masters degree in English, Marketing or Communications.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an editor for digital content.
• Professional English fluency or bilingual English (additional languages are a significant plus).
• You have excellent written and editorial skills.
• You are a stickler for perfect grammar and have meticulous attention to detail.
• You are able to provide accessible, easy-to-understand, actionable, and shareable content for end-users.
• You are comfortable running multiple projects from brief level through to completion.
• You have a sensibility for design and user experience.
• You are a digital native, comfortable with tools and channels used for B2B.
• You are a self-starter and independent, while still able to excel when working with others across functional teams.
