As our Junior Graphic Designer you’ll create authentic, thoughtful design for a variety of audiences. Reporting to the Senior Design Lead, you’ll work mostly on digital materials like websites, reports, marketing campaigns, digital ads and much more. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization and you will have a great environment to design experiences for our website visitors to communicate our value proposition, milestones, illustrate our solutions and celebrate our clients’ sustainability wins. As a member of the Creative team, you will make sure that our designs thoughtfully communicate EcoVadis’ mission and impact. 

Responsibilities:

• Fostering and strengthening the EcoVadis brand across all digital and physical platforms
• Developing materials to inspire and engage everyone from our partners, customers, visitors and internal stakeholders
• Designing for internal and external needs of departments across the organization
• Partnering with other members of the Creative team to brainstorm and cultivate innovative ideas
• Produce print and digital advertising and marketing materials
• Assist in logo & branding development and design
• Assist with other editorial and advertising design duties as needed

To thrive in this role you will need to work independently, be an effective communicator, and be well-organized, with the ability to take feedback and translate it into working designs. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a great attitude to be a major contributor to our Design team’s growth.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional design experience, ideally with a purpose-driven brand or SaaS company
• A high level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience with or a working knowledge of Invision, Sketch, Figma or After Effect is beneficial but not essential
