• Create and update Digital Learning content

• Collaborate, support, and train the experts and the training team in the implementation of their training projects.

• Design, coordinate and provide instructional technology 

• Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in the field of digital learning.

• Improve & optimize the digital learning production processes

• Contribute to an environment that encourages creative and independent use of instructional technology throughout the company.

• Creation of guidelines and templates for all experts and trainers 

• Integration of learning path on the Learning Management System

• Registration and follow-up of the training sessions and the trainees

• Identify trainee needs proactively, be reactive and creative to respond to cases that require additional attention

• To seek advanced training techniques and methods applicable to our training program and recommend innovations

• Graphic design skills

• Familiarity with: Windows, Office, and the Google suite
