Job Description

6 month internship to support the newly created “Impact Team” to drive EcoVadis’ external and internal impact initiatives. 

Reporting to the Impact Manager, your primary responsibility will consist of the following projects:

  • Set up and maintain a centralized reporting database to report on EcoVadis internal and external impact (regulatory and non regulatory reportings)

  • Support the indirect impact task force in coordinating and monitoring all impact related activities (project management)

Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):

Impact reporting

  1. Build a centralized reporting database & identify kpis to track

  2. Map & improve data collection process 

  3. Integrate into internal Business intelligence tools

  4. Integrate into website

Reporting should be in line with “impact report protocol”, GRI, GHG protocols. 

Indirect impact task force

  1. Support the task force in all projects (maintain project charter, monitoring of progress & KPIs, preparation of meetings, follow-up on meetings…)

  2. Ad hoc research on Impact models

  3. Communication on project progress

These tasks will be performed in collaboration with our members of the Impact & Carbon task forces, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Communication, Customer Success...

Qualifications

You have the following qualities and skills:

  • SUSTAINABILITY  or Business degree with sustainability specialisation

  • You are a true sustainability advocate who loves learning and engaging your peers to solve today’s social and environmental challenges 

  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy connecting with people

  • You have experience in cross-teams/transversal project management

  • You are a team player

  • You are outcome-driven and your are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritise and manage time effectively

  • You are autonomous and proactive

  • You enjoy working in international environment

  • You are fluent in English
