6 month internship to support the newly created “Impact Team” to drive EcoVadis’ external and internal impact initiatives. 

Reporting to the Impact Manager, your primary responsibility will consist of engaging the EcoVadis community of employees with actions in line with the company's purpose and values. 

Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):

• Building the Impact Induction Program for EcoVadis employees, designing the training path and content, in collaboration with Internal Training Manager 

• Launching and facilitating the Values & Impact Engagement Program for Employees, supported by a dedicated platform: 

  • Program launch communication and platform training 

  • Regular communications to promote platform activities (events, challenges and fundraising) as well as the context of such initiatives and expected benefits 

  • Promoting the participation of employees to the initiatives (interviews, articles, case studies etc) 

  • Reporting to measure success and identify main topics of interest of EcoVadis employees 

  • Moderating the various Slack channels dedicated to values and impact 

These tasks will be performed in collaboration with our Internal Communication, Employer Branding and Impact Task Force teams.

You have the following qualities and skills:

• You are a true sustainability advocate who loves learning and engaging your peers to solve today’s social and environmental challenges 

• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy connecting with people

• You have digital communication skills: social media, PowerPoint presentations 

• You have experience in cross-teams/transversal project management

• You are a team player

• You are outcome-driven and your are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; prioritise and manage time effectively

• You are autonomous and proactive

• You enjoy working in international environment

• You are fluent in English

We would be most impressed if :

• You have a CSR specialization or have taken some training related to sustainability

• You have graphic design and/or video skills
