Job Description

We are looking for Training Specialist to support the employees’ development and growth at EcoVadis. The roles report to the Internal Training Manager, part of the Human Resources department.

Objectives:

  • Create interactive measured training using a blended approach
  • Highly motivated and resilient training delivery with experience of delivering to varied sized groups
  • Deliver class room, remote and E-learning content.
  • Create E-Learning packages using the SCORM software
  • Create Soft Skills, Management Training, Onboarding packages using a blended approach
  • Participate and meet with referent trainers and BU managers to support and determine training needs.
  • Manage learners through the LMS 
  • Collect and analyze user feedback through an online survey tool and manage and support training evaluations
  • Curate training materials and documentation to keep them up to date
  • Training support and administration, including advising employees/managers on training offer, execution of training plans and contacts and issue resolution with the training providers
  • Training reporting follow up and share it with Business units
  • Internal marketing of the training and development offer through Slack channel or targeted mails

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a training role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 year instructional design experience using SCORM editors such as (Adobe)
  • Experience with e-learning development, curriculum design, training methodologies, and online education is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on coaching/motivational skills, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
  • Ability to conduct research into course development and delivery concepts, as well as technical software issues
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience in working with global and regional projects, virtual expert teams, appreciating local differences and adapting to differences in cultures
  • Fluent in English, any other languages is a plus
