Job Description

MISSION

  • Assist  managers in people management; support them in training and recruitment needs.  

  • Take care of employees’ concerns and requests.

  • Ensure HR processes compliance.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions internally and externally before proceeding with the job adverts.

  • Participate in the recruitment process, post job ads (internal and external), collect CV, contact candidates, planning and carrying out tests,  lead recruitment interviews, assist managers in the selection, and prepare work contracts.

  • Headhunt potential candidates on linkedin for some complex positions.

  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification.

  • Taking part in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to the organisation.

  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

  • Raise any HR purchase request on Netsuite, liaise and follow up with the GA dept for all payments related to HR matters.

  • Follow up of HRDC/YEP refund and administrative paperworks.

  • Interface with the payroll provider and manage the payroll data when required

  • Assist and respond to employee queries, or re-direct them through the proper channel to solve their issues.

  • Provide a close follow up of the probationary and confirmation of new joiners.

  • Taking part in the offboarding process of leavers and administrative paperworks.

  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.

  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and HR administrative tasks.

  • Maintaining personal files, updating data in the HRIS.

  • Participating and coordinating HR local projects or global projects depending on the needs of the department.

  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews or amend policies and practices to maintain compliance.

  • Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Knowledge of microsoft office tools.

Requirements

Technical skills:

  • Understanding of the legal HR processes and ensure the compliance in each country

  • Knowledge of the main job boards and social networks 

  • Manage work contract and related documents

  • Prepare training legal documents 

  • Knowledge of the payroll process and the main legal obligations

  • Basic accounting skills

Employment Type: Permanent Contract upon satisfactory completion of 6 months’ probation.
