Job Description

We are looking for a training Coordinator  to support the employees’ development and growth at EcoVadis. The roles report to the Internal Training Manager, part of the Human Resources department.

Objectives:

  • Be the leader in promotion of how to use the internal learning system

  • Support all efforts related to training delivery

  • Support the maintenance of the system, answering FAQ´s and access issues

  • Arrange digital and/or local in-house training courses and coordinate arrangements for external courses and seminars (planning of session, room or virtual organization, list of participants, evaluation) for our global learning 

  • Manage the training providers (administration, purchase orders, planning of sessions)

  • Budget and invoice management with the providers

  • Reporting and Analysis of training outcomes/participation

  • Collateing and supporting the training needs analysis requirements from the business units

  • Assist in the creation and execution of change management plans and training programs

  • Collecting post training feedback (Feedback forms and analysis of KPI´s)

  • Participate in other projects as deemed appropriate by the business

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or Training related field (Ideally above 2 years)

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast growing & evolving environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR/MI experience preferred

  • Previous experience on Docebo or another learning management system

  • Ability to conduct research into course development and delivery concepts, as well as technical software issues

  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language

  • Highly self-motivated and directed

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Very strong customer service orientation

  • Experience working in a  remote team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Experience in working with global and regional projects, virtual expert teams, appreciating local differences and adapting to differences in cultures

  • Fluent in English, any other languages is a plus
