• Process AP invoices timely and accurately (for both Polish and foreign Ecovadis companies)
• Monitor invoice payment deadlines, prepare remittances, and control the execution of payments
• Reply to vendors requests and cooperate with internal stakeholders
• Clear AP accounts and follow-up AP open items
• Bank statements booking and reconciliation
• Prepare and book journal entries including (but not limited to) prepayments, cash reports and inter-company
• Preparation of ad hoc financial analysis and requests

• About 2 years of professional experience in accounting 
• Very good English is required
• Academic background (educational background in accounting or economics is preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP experience would be an advantage
• Time management skills and discipline (accuracy and organizational skills are essential)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in working in an accounting office/knowledge of Polish GAAP accounting will be an additional asset
