• Enter/Update data (including attaching documents) in the HR database in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete above related tasks as assigned by email/ticketing system within agreed SLA.
• May be requested to prepare reports, identify errors in the system and propose solutions.
• Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required.

• Minimum a Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any related field.
• At least 1 year experience in BPO sectors such as Data Entry or any desktop positions.
• Familiarity with HRIS and resume database.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. (Preferably in Excel).
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Good time management.
