We are looking for a motivated individual to join the EcoVadis Marketing Team for a 6-month internship/ a 1 to 2-year alternance. We are seeking a curious, self-starter motivated to join a fast-growing international start-up company with a deep sense of our sustainability mission.

Activities may touch a wide range of areas include (examples, but not limited to):

Content and media related support (Mostly for French language)

• Review French language website and identify and improve content

• Updating presentations with the latest brand assets, case studies, content references, and messages

• Assist in researching and assembling content for communication with prospects and customers (newsletters, case studies, presentations, brochures, videos, etc.).

• Preparing and helping deploy content assets - e.g. managing / creating descriptions, SEO meta-text, and subtitles for videos, PDF papers, blog articles etc. and uploading these assets to our content platform.

• Updating blog articles with current “Call-to-action” (CTA)  links to our latest assets/content 

• Creation or proofing of banners/graphics for social adverts, video, etc. 

Field marketing support 

• Assist with event preparation and management, and related coordination with hosts / venues

• Support on marketing communication for events (online/social/in different languages)

Contribute to other content marketing tasks as needed.

• Engaged in a University Degree program in a relevant area, preferably in Business/Economics, Marketing, or Journalism 

• Fluency in English is required. 

• Native speaker of French, with strong writing skills 

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of office software (MS Office and/or Google suite) required. 

• Additional skills that would be an advantage: Graphics (Photoshop/Adobe creative suite, inkscape, Gimp, Canva, etc.), multimedia/video editing. It would also be helpful to be familiar with online marketing or content management tools such as wordpress, Webinar technology such as GoToWebinar, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, emailing platforms like Pardot, surveys such as Surveymonkey, etc., or eager to learn.

• Ability to multi-task and to deliver within deadlines.
