Job Description

In the scope of supporting the implementation of our new product, spotlight, your main responsibilities will be : 

Main tasks

  • Support implement the CSR sustainable supply chain program (focused on on-site audits) on behalf of customers.

  • Monitor the program’s progress, consolidate data and conduct analyses and prepare customer reports upon request

  • Quality assurance on on-site audit reports

  • Provide training and support in management and platform functioning to users

  • Coordinate new Customer’s user onboarding: kick-off meeting, platform demo

  • Act as a first-level support for customers/suppliers questions on all EcoVadis operations

  • Be ready to contact customers to request information/clarifications

  • Liaise with other EcoVadis departments for achievement of objectives/goals

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business/ Communication/Sustainability is preferred but other educational background will also be considered

  • A background in Project Management or On-site audit will be a definite advantage

  • 2 years + successful Customer Support experience with large accounts acquired in a fast paced environment. 

  • Fluency in English (both oral and written) is mandatory. Additional Languages will be an advantage.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, conditional formula) and Powerpoint

  • Customer-centric and Quality-focused work approach

  • Organized, efficient, patient, highly autonomous and proactive. 

  • Ability to work autonomously, and handling priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with people at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds.
