Job Description

You will have two key responsibilities in a role to support the Evaluation Services (EVS) team (ESG Rating Department). This role primarily will focus on the following tasks (but will not be limited to): 

  • Operations :

    • Assist Head of Operations in reengineering process to seek quality and productivity gains

    • Support Head of Operations in the implementation of the private equity solution

    • Liaise with other EcoVadis BUs to ensure smooth cross-BUs processes, including with EV Labs team (Machine Learning) and Product Management (PMA) for instance

    • Support Inquiry Managers in the re-engineering and tooling of the inquiry management process.

    • Support Analysts in debriefs and inquiries of rated companies

    • Organize workshops and training when needed.

    • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EVS processes.

  • Methodology Development:

    • Research and development on Product Impact measurement.

    • Facilitate and support the research and development on integration of innovative third party data (eg satellite images, workers voice surveys…)

    • Engage external stakeholders (eg academics, NGOs, service providers…) for the purpose of Research and Development

    • Participate in cross-BUs New products and New solutions development. 

    • Facilitate and/or support a variety of methodo-focused projects

    • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service


  • 5-8 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG or CSR related topics.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Management consulting or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical orientation (scientific background a plus).

  • Ideally previous experience and/or proven ability to work closely with the business and translate business needs into specifications, processes and methodologies.

  • Resourceful; using problem solving and analytical skills; structured and organized; 

  • Self-driven, with a skill for digging deep into problems; sense of urgency and draw satisfaction from going above and beyond to provide solutions

  • Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal).

  • Fluency in English is a must. [Another language] will be an advantage.

  • Master Degree required.

  • Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment.

  • Self-driven, results oriented and team player.
