Job Description

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the Customer Success Management (CSM) Team in the UK market. Your tasks will include:

1. CSM operations support:

  • Collaborating with 2-3 Customer Success Managers to ensure effective implementation of the EcoVadis solution to their portfolio of clients  
  • Processing supplier lists for assessment and other operational tasks related to supplier data
  • Analyzing data
  • Preparing presentations
  • Managing operational elements of key accounts (attending weekly calls to provide follow-ups)
  • Liaising with other EcoVadis departments to ensure clients’ requests are fulfilled within set deadlines

2. Technical & project management:

  • Leading internal projects contributing to the formalization and standardization of CSM processes

3. Other:

  • Leading and/or supporting a variety of client-focused projects
  • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of the EcoVadis service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Around 1 year of successful Customer Support experience in a fast paced environment
  • Full proficiency in English is a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: written and verbal
  • Adept problem solver; involvement in projects will require agility and a consultative mindset
  • Experience in working autonomously; high level of organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
  • Attention to detail
  • Being computer and data savvy (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools); expertise in Excel is a must
  • Previous professional international exposure is a must

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Rondo ONZ, Spektrum Tower OR working remotely in Poland
