We are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate to support our UX/UI team in the Product Management department. You will be involved in all UI initiatives and have an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing business. You will have a possibility to create solutions from scratch and work with teams implementing cutting-edge technologies.

You will:

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Developers, Product Owners and Copywriter to ensure a consistent, integrated brand and user-experience based on company style guides
• Create web interfaces
• Develop and maintain detailed UI specifications and templates
• Design the UI architecture (high fidelity), interfaces, interaction workflows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas through consideration of business requirements & technical limitations
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Work on an advanced B2B SaaS product

Essential:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI Design
• Ability to provide work samples/portfolio
• Proficiency in English (this how we communicate)
• Experience in using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, XD
• Attention to details and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of design principles/best practices

Ideally:

• Experience with building or expanding design systems
• Interest in sustainability, CSR, ecology
• Work samples of projects including dashboards, data visualizations etc.
• BA/BS degree in graphic design, interaction design, industrial design or in a similar field
