Job Description

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts all around the world in the English language, including  procurement agreements, NDAs, business, HR and marketing;
  • Providing general legal and commercial advice to the procurement, HR,  sales, marketing, functions as well as key stakeholders;
  • Advising on IP/TM matters;
  • Advising on legal issues and supporting to manage and mitigate the risk;
  • Support internal clients in relation to a wide range of Data Protection and privacy matters;
  • Maintain current knowledge of evolution in legislation;
  • Support the legal team in any other issues, including administrative support;
  • Provide support in other issues requested by a supervisor / manager;
  • Ensure that all legal documents are signed, registered and archived;
  • Take care of legal document workflow;
  • Register legal contracts in registries;

Qualifications

  • University degree in Law; 
  • 3 - 4 years of legal experiences, preferable as an in-house lawyer;
  • Experience in IT sector;
  • Ability to work under time pressure; 
  • Fluent English and Polish, including legal vocabulary; ;
  • Proactivity, having a sound understanding of business to business experience, 
  • Independency;
  • Team player;
  • Creativity, resiliency and flexible style and approach to solving problems;
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment;
  • Paying attention to details;
  • Good organizational skills;
