Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the Customer Success Management (CSM) Team in the DACH market. Your tasks will include (but will not be limited to):

  • CSM operations support:

  1. Collaborating with 2-3 Customer Success Managers to ensure effective implementation of the EcoVadis solution to their portfolio of clients  

  2. Processing supplier lists for assessment and other operational tasks related to supplier data

  3. Analyzing data

  4. Preparing presentations

  5. Managing operational elements of key accounts (attending weekly calls to provide follow-ups)

  6. Liaising with other EcoVadis departments to ensure clients’ requests are fulfilled within set deadlines

  • Technical & project management:

  1. Leading internal projects contributing to the formalization and standardization of CSM processes

  • Other:

  1. Leading and/or supporting a variety of client-focused projects

  2. Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of the EcoVadis service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • Around 1 year of successful Customer Support experience in a fast paced environment

  • Full proficiency in English and German is a must

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: written and verbal

  • Adept problem solver; involvement in projects will require agility and a consultative mindset

  • Experience in working autonomously; high level of organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time

  • Attention to detail

  • Being computer and data savvy (MS office, Google Suite, Project management tools); expertise in Excel is a must

  • Previous professional international exposure is a must
