Job Description
Cybervadis is currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven and inspiring Head of Sales to join our company in Paris.
The Head of Sales’s primary goal will be to maximize the company’s sales revenue and growth coming from new large Enterprise businesses in Europe by leading and coaching the Enterprise Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement an ambitious sales strategy
Set targets, performance plans and objective standards for the company and individual sales team members
Constantly optimize sales processes and ensure that your team uses tools, such as Salesforce, correctly
Lead and coach an international sales team and help them engage with new enterprise clients
Mentor Sales Development Representatives to build and run a pipeline
Review performance, progress, and targets
Recruit, select, onboard, and train new sales and SDR
Act as a role model for the team and in accordance to the CyberVadis core values
Regularly and professionally reports on progress and issues to the CyberVadis Management Team
Help the rest of the management team build a great company
Qualifications
You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to build a highly successful and effective sales team. You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to lead and coach people. Experience in operating in a start up and innovative environment.
As a data-driven organization, you will be required to use a variety of tools including Salesforce dashboards and reports, scorecards, and surveys to gauge the effectiveness of your work within your team.
What you need to have to qualify:
University Degree
15 + years of experience in Sales and/or developing and managing a Sales team in a fast-growing environment, B2B SaaS environment preferred
Ability to open up and develop successful and long term business opportunities and relationships
Experience coaching, leading and running a consultative sales process
Superior coaching skills around managing a sales pipeline from prospect to close
Interest for cybersecurity and technology
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset and leverage data across all interactions
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
Strong communication skills in written and verbal
Experience in developing business in an international environment
Perfectly fluent English, French and/or German would be a plus
