Your responsibilities will focus on (but will not be limited to): 

• Support the Customer Engagement team in developing and implementing new solutions and new products

• Updating the team's database

• Assigning tickets in Zendesk system to the relevant office / team member

• Making sure that the workload is properly allocated to the relevant team members

• Ensuring that no tasks are lost while transferring them to other offices

• A degree in a Business or Management related discipline is preferred

• Previous experience in Customer Experience / Support is an advantage

• Business proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in other languages is a plus

• An excellent level of computer literacy, especially using MS Excel, Word

• Customer and quality-oriented attitude

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organization skills and ability to work to meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills, in order to collaborate smoothly with a global team

6 months to 1 year paid internship
