Job Description
As a Junior HR Generalist you will support the HR team in the day-to- day operation related with personnel administration, payroll reporting and onboarding process for our offices in Poland, Germany, UK, Sweden. Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Preparing reporting for payroll (close collaboration with external payroll providers in relevant locations)
- Preparing contracts, appendixes and other documents related to the whole employment life cycle
- Maintaining personal files, updating data in the HRIS
- Taking part in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to the organization
- Supporting planning and executing of internal and external training
- Enrolling benefits
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the HR field (including personal admin, recruitment, training) in a dynamic environment
- Experience in SSC/BPO would be a plus
- Degree in Human Resources or Administration-related
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is a must
- Professional work attitude and outgoing personality to collaborate with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, autonomous and self-driven
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
