Job Description

As a Junior HR Generalist you will support the HR team in the day-to- day operation related with personnel administration, payroll reporting and onboarding process for our offices in Poland, Germany, UK, Sweden. Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Preparing reporting for payroll (close collaboration with external payroll providers in relevant locations)
  • Preparing contracts, appendixes and other documents related to the whole employment  life cycle
  • Maintaining personal files, updating data in the HRIS 
  • Taking part in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to the organization 
  • Supporting planning and executing of internal and external training
  • Enrolling benefits
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the HR field (including personal admin, recruitment, training) in a dynamic  environment
  • Experience in SSC/BPO would be a plus
  • Degree in Human Resources or Administration-related
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is a must
  • Professional work attitude and outgoing personality to collaborate with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, autonomous and self-driven
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
