Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition and Nurturing Programme specialist to optimize digital tools, journeys and processes that drive customer engagement, retention and upselling. This role will report to the Director, Engagement Services.

The role demands top-notch communication skills and detailed understanding of internal business processes. It also demands high attention to detail, a rigorous and analytical mindset, internal and external customer focus, heightened cross-cultural business skills, technical agility, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and a passion for continuous learning. The successful applicant will be a self-starter and problem solver, able to work autonomously and always ready for a challenge.

Duties include:

  • Defining, driving and tracking the performance of digital journeys leading to customer online registration, engagement, retention and upsell

  • Collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure delivery of engagement campaigns from conception through deployment; setting up performance reporting

  • Initiating upsell and membership retention campaigns with business leaders

  • Participating in creation of the content displayed all along the engagement process, to ensure best user experience

  • Maximizing impact of personalization and triggered marketing opportunities

  • Overseeing other digital projects in SEN linked to Robotic Processing Automation (RPA)

  • Working with international teams to understand strategic objectives, translate them into experience drivers, and deliver measurable results

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal email / Selligent campaign flows for email automation project (backup programming as needed).

  • Design New revenue and Renewal/Rescue campaigns in Selligent as needed to support KPI growth

  • Drive integration of marketing automation tool (Selligent) within CRM tool

  • Market and data insights based on campaign and user actions (EV platform, Salesforce, Selligent)

  • Define automation opportunities to optimize the SEN team as well as EcoVadis success 

  • Work with international coordinators, management, marketing, product teams to develop go-to-market plans for SEN organization as new features and products release

  • Work with Marketing to define Assess Customer journey through all phases of customer experience (using Agile methodology)

  • Define and track success criteria for campaigns and programs (contribution impact to higher level KPI’s)

  • Will be required to learn how to produce and run campaigns on Selligent

  •  Learn and understand data integration into platforms

  •  Collaborate, collaborate, collaborate!

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role

  • Ability to deliver efficient processes and workflows with effective controls and reporting

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Selligent / Salesforce / Pardot appreciated) in a BtoB environment

  • Experience in IT

  • Ability to manage and deliver transversal projects

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to think about creative solutions

  • Reliable, autonomous and self-driven

  • Customer focused and ROI driven

  • Ability to work well in an international team environment and easily connect with others

  • Good written communication skills

  • Passion for learning new things

  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in other languages will be a plus
