Job Description

  • Supporting the establishment of customer engagement teams in Japan and other localization tasks including contact with key stakeholders, identification of best practices in Japan, translation tasks such as speech manuscripts for specific content and events
     
  • Customer support by phone, email, webinar, etc. to support the customer's onboarding process and increase the response rate in the Japanese market
     
  • Identify and target high-risk customers (limited response, communication problems, etc.) and take appropriate steps to understand their situation and encourage customer behavior.
     
  • Comprehensive understanding of customers. This includes understanding key industries, business challenges and goals, and properly communicates to customers EcoVadis' products and the business benefits associated with what they need through the onboarding process
     
  • Understand and communicate with industry best practices and evolving EcoVadis products, platform features, methodologies, and management services that are critical to customer success.
     
  • Identify the risks involved in completing the EcoVadis evaluation process, take proactive action to prevent problems before they occur, and communicate and exchange information with internal and external stakeholders.
     
  • Understand and record internal and customer gains and proactively report to team leaders, management and other internal BUs as needed. Bridging the possible gap between customer expectations and participation in evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
  • 3-7 years of account management, customer service, and / or sales experience for international companies, preferably focused on the Japanese market
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks based on business / customer needs and prioritize tasks
  • Good time management and management ability to keep things together
  • Ability to be independent and actively work
  • Forward stress that works comfortably in international companies
  • Willingness to work in a startup environment
