Job Description
Plan, execute, manage and report on email campaigns to increase prospect engagement
Deliver new initiatives through the entire campaign process, from initiation to implementation
Build customer segmentation and targeting rules for campaigns
Review campaigns or programs for localization considerations and work with internal teams to develop solutions
Work with internal teams as the key stakeholder and point of contact to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, including:
Writing and delivering creative briefs
Working through campaign execution details
Resolve testing/QA issues
Coordinating the review and approval process across teams
Ensuring on-time delivery of final files and assets
Understand creative guidelines and rules around communication to help ensure all materials adhere to brand standards
Evaluate the event-triggered CRM campaigns on an ongoing basis to continuously push performance higher, increase cross-sell opportunities, and expand customer communication channels
Execute webinar / digital event campaigns
Manage marketing data quality and uploads
Qualifications
2-3 years email marketing experience
2-3 years marketing campaign execution experience
Experience with
Pardot
Salesforce
Trello

Results-focused with data-driven mindset and strong analytical capability and solid experience leveraging customer/prospect segmentation to drive conversion
Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills – proven ability to own and execute on several projects at once and deliver results
Effective relationship management skills with a successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver quality campaigns and programs
Creative, curious, and critical thinker, constantly searching for and tapping into new opportunities to impact and achieve success metrics and KPI targets
Strong communication and organizational skills – able to multi-task successfully across multiple (potentially competing) priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced culture
Other European languages a nice to have
